Stuff option you must have the Cargo Lot Stuff Plan - Yard privilege.
Your N4 license must include the GENERAL_CARGO_PLANNING feature to plan the cargo lot stuffing.

To create a plan for stuffing the cargolot:
In the Cargo Lots view (on page 1), select the cargo lot(s) for which you need to plan the stuffing.
Select Actions CFS
Stuff.
In the Stuff Plan form:
From the Work Queue field, select the work queue.
From the Container field, select the container.
If required, in the Quantity field enter the quantity of the cargo lot.
Click Save.
N4 updates the details for the selected cargo lot.
Also, N4 adds a new record in the Work Instructions view.
N4 allows you to add a plan for cargo lot stuffing if the following conditions are satisfied:

The container selected for stuffing must be associated with the BL of cargo lot.
N4 does not allow you to add a plan for cargo lot stuffing in the following conditions:

You are not allowed to plan stuffing of the cargo lot if the planned quantity is greater than the total quantity.
